"I started in March this year as a graphic artist. Being a start up company I knew there would be some drawbacks like lack of equipment. The biggest problem is NOBODY knows what anyone is doing. I would have 4 to 5 different people ask me to work on their project. They demanded their work be done first and I have to drop everything for them. When I couldn't get all of them done at the same time they treated me like I was incompetent. I was told by another co-worker that they did the same thing to the person that had the job before me. He quit only after one month. The Boss, this is the best part. You would work on a project for a client send it out to them and they would love it. The Boss would come in look at your work and then call it trash and then go on and tell you how to change everything, after everything was already approved by the client. So you do, then resend it to the client and guess what, the client hates it. So when the boss is told that his idea was rejected, he blames YOU for it."
