"If you've got a great Director go for it, but stay as far away from the owners as you can. They manipulate people and when it comes down to it they don't care about you as a person at all."

"Owners were not good people. Stab you in the back while smiling to your face."

"Not be like the owners. They are hypocritical, confrontational and do not walk their talk."

"listen to employee suggestions and complaints, improve employee schedules, give employees option 3 day weekend with 10 hour 4 day work week"
