"Activision-Blizzard is a multi-award winning workplace."
"I've worked for Activision for about half a year. I had a fantastic work experience there."
"Activision Blizzard is a great place to start your career, but I don't recommend staying there long. The company does not promote any type of career development and the ability to move up is entirely based on favoritism. This creates a toxic environment and turnover is very high as tenures tend to be 1-2 years for the majority of employees."
"Harassing environment, overly lean, overworked, high criticism, extreme micro-management to the point of bullying, did not foster good relations. Unskilled manager & supervisor, unprepared to lead caused confusion, distress and mistakes. No work-life balance, with holidays and weekends interruptions. Staff FORCED to work long hours and BARRED from leaving the office without authorization (even if the normal 8 hours/day had long come and gone). encountered. A case for the LABOR Dept."
"Expected more from working there."
"If the Government ran a videogame publisher, Activision is what you would end up with."
