What do you like about working at ActiveForever?

"It was a great stepping stone just out of college. I learned to control myself in an office setting and operate as a big business, despite having only 30 employees. I learned the importance of developing good relationships with suppliers and customers. I love the concept of ActiveForever, selling medical durable goods at a low price (so people can actually afford them)."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be spunky! The CEO is a happy, go-getter and loves nice, confident, aggresive people."

What don't you like about working at ActiveForever?

"I worked very hard for this company; overtime & taking on more and more responsibilities, with a positive attitude, however, I was compensated and recognized very little. An occasional, positive email was sent out to everyone every couple months and $100 to spend at ActiveForever at Christmas. For a company of 30 employees and thousands of customers, the people pouring their heart and soul into your company should at least be recognized. But with a growing company, greed always seems to take center stage."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take care of the people who are building, protecting, & working hard for your company. An email to the whole office saying, thanks for making me millions every couple months isn't enough. Happy employees lead to a happy work environment, which leads to happy customers."
