What don't you like about working at Activant Solutions?

"Due to the economic state, there have been many reorganizations recently as well as a HQ move to the west coast and there seems to be much less individual growth opportunities."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Utilize the employees individual strengths to help make the product/offering better and think outside the box on saving money to be able to retain the talent that has made them successful."
