"Avoid this company at all costs. It's a succubus, it will drain your energy with no real options for advancement."

"Complete dysfunction in Executive, Senior and Middle Management. Performance Reviews are 6 months to one year late. At one point they had a CEO who was never invovled in High Tech lead the company and isgned a VP without a Non-disclosure, or Proprietary contracts, He then left with company secrets."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management needs toI have technical background. Management needs to ensure Performance Reviews are on time. Management never made attempts to successfully merge two cultures thereby creating mistrust within the organization."

"I loved learning new things about computer software, learning about business flow in different industries, organizational structure with detailed communication even while on the road, and independence in doing ypur job."

"So much time of the road did not allow for much of a personal or family life."

"Remember employees are the most important asset to a company. And no matter What an employees personal life needs to be noticed or burn-out of good people is bound to happen."

"Ask a lot of questions, be sure you're aware of what is expected of you, and if you're not a hard-worker don't bother with the interviewing process...."

"VP of Sales (arrogant), the way in which they change the comp plan in mid-year (to the detriment of the sales reps), not a lot of room for advancement."
