"I like the freedom I have to take engagements that I want and reject those I do not want or for which I feel under-compensated."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"This has not really happened (I am a sole proprietor) but if it should I would recommend getting some indication of the finincial stability before committing to f/t employment."

What don't you like about working at Action Centric?

"At the level I typically work, it takes too much time between engagements. Need to manage the queue of future work better but that can be difficult when the end of some engagements are hard to foresee."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Spend more budget on professional training / improvement and take more time off."
