4.2 Actavis was the best company I have worked for. I was exposed to many leading edge technologies. I was able to advance to multiple positions of increasing responsibility. I worked with several management teams over the years and experienced good to very good management styles. I worked with many talented individuals over the years. Actavis, as a pharma company, was a storng supporter of documentation. I learned the value of documenting processes.

1.3 Actavis just took over WC and management is scrambling to hold on to their jobs out of fear from the news that they just bought Forest Labs and Aptalis who can do our ClinOps job which consists of 10 people vs 1500. Employees are being mistreated, overworked and underpaid, instilled with fear from upper management. WC upper management need to be replaced so the real people doing the work can do their jobs without having to tiptoe on eggshells. It's a sad environment. People are rushing to leave.
