What do you like about working at Act 1?

"Pretty relaxed environment, most managers aren't too bright so they only come when there is an emergency. Some really nice people work there."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Ask some of the older guys there, they have seen a lot and are not afraid to be honest."

What don't you like about working at Act 1?

"The owner is very stingy with money and is irrationally grumpy. The vice president is a hardcore salesmen who will tell you anything he has to to get what he wants. The controller thinks she is better than everyone (reminds me of the red queen from Alice and Wonderland). The HR lady is outright strange, very mean to people with genuine needs."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Have some respect for the employees working there, they are the real stars, they are what get you paid."
