"Pretty much everything else."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They won't listen, but they need to calm down. Everything was a crisis, and even handling emergency situations was more stressful than it needed to be. We had upper Toyota management support to implement an emergency fix. We were successful. When it was complete, an investigation was launched into why we chose this method, why we contacted that manager and we were eventually given a thumbs down for our handling of it by the IT dept. No thanks for restoring web service to thousands of users worldwide in short time, just criticism from the IT department. No love."
