"I started with the company from being a rookie in sales. I enjoyed my extensive sales training through Acorn Paper Products. This was certainly a great opportunity for me at a very yound age."

"The company became too big, too fast and lost the perspective of their core business who are their clients."

"If your focus is Gymnastics you will do very well just be very clear with what your limitations are."

"The interaction with the Board of Directors was a challenge and I feel they could benefit from soliciting Board Members from outside the organization."

"Continue to put the kids and community first while working toward a more diverse Board of Directors."

"As for factory workers it may be alright, a lot of pushing and demanding and no proper respect towards prople at all."

"upper management, very unorganized and like to point fingers at others."

"get serious, and involve your workers in decision making, also listen and be open minded instead of knowing everything and your way is the one and only way."

"I had the opportunity to teach a four hour housing seminar twice a week and Vietnamese class on weekends. I helped hundreds of Houstonians better understand their credit, budgets, and in the process I was able to learn a wealth of knowledge in the mortgage industry."
