"I provided my own expenses in this venture at this start up company and it was a poor choice on my part to accept this position. No budget, poor enthusiasm by owner, poor salary with false promises in ownership and commissioned bonuses. My abilities and vision for this owners company far exceeded the owners disinterest in moving forward in developing growth for this Terminals sales and productivity. I got him out of the hole he was in and he closed the business two months after hiring me."
