"I enjoyed the type and scope of projects I was responsible for. I enjoyed the travel as they were a national company. I enjoyed the wide scope of personal interactions with the client, Owner, General contractors and tradesmen. I enjoyed the creative aspects of bringing an architects vision to reality. I liked to see the finished product."

What don't you like about working at Ace Styline Millwork & Cabinetry?

"There was never any direction or consistency on how things were done and generally changed at the whim of the client or the owner. Ideas and input were generally ignored or ridiculed. We were called theives in a meeting once when we failed to negotiate a proper contract price, or missed a detail. Generally the owner micromanaged and created needless work to an already impossible workload."
