"Its been going downhill in moral since the daughters took over. Feels more like a jail than a place you want to get up and go to everyday. They watch how often you go to the bathroom, the supervisors can't be trusted, and they claim to have an open door policy so you can vent any concerns or complaints but then they use it against you. the only good thing about the shop is that it is clean."
"The work culture was great, they have a shop full of employees that care about the products and do their best to stay efficient. Being a family owned business with the daughters as the VP’s, at the upper level it is full of macro managing everything that is done, can be frustrating if you have your own ideas."
