"All of the facilities were very new and all of the latest technology tools were available to use."

"Enjoy it while it lasts. Successful numbers do not equate to job security at ACE. Keep the resume' warm!"
What don't you like about working at ACE Asphalt?
"The lack of ethics shown by upper management and the lengths they will go to not pay unemployment or agreed upon bonus money. If they need to free up salaries because of lack of work, they should be able to do that without making up lies about hard working employees just to avoid paying unemployment benefits that are almost the lowest in the nation."

"Be more honest with employees & reciprocate similar loyalty and dedication."

"The are the absolute worst company I have ever worked for when it comes to micro management. They do not care at all about your personal life and your family. There wasn't any possible room for advancement unless someone quit or died and then you better be in good with upper management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The ownership needs to diversify and clean house. They then need to hire people they can trust and rely on them to get the job done. Think outside the commercial market box for work and be willing to take the chances the original owner took when he moved to Arizona 40 years ago."
