Lead Mechanical Engineer

"I was the lead optical/mechanical engineer for the latest product development effort of the AV500 vein finder. The company is very lean and runs much like a start up. They hire top talent, trust the employees and consultants and outsource the efforts that are beyond the scope of a small company to undertake economically. The sales people are top-notch, knowledgeable and industry experts. The leadership is involved, super smart and in close contact with all efforts so they can and do make quick and intelligent decisions. Amazing experience to work with the team and their industry leading product has immense market potential."
