"A lot of freedom. You are your own boss, in a way: you work on you own project, and answer only with how well you do with that project."
What don't you like about working at Accurate Communications?
"Not much room for beginners. Senior level people only. Also, hiring practice needs work, as they will hire people pretty quick, and then fire them later if they find they don't work out."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be a bit more careful before hiring people. Take some time, learn about the person, then hire them only if you are confident enough to commit more than 2 months to keeping them."
