"Accucaps allowed me to design, build and start up a new recreational products facility. The challenges of hiring, training and developing a highly efficient operation was actually fun."

"Be honest and work hard. Recognition and rewards will be forthcoming."

What don't you like about working at Accucaps?

"Canadian winters last 9 months! There were some issues with regard to the legality of some of the things that senior management was doing and I wanted to disassociate myself from that situation."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The senior management team was replaced shortly after I left. There is a great team there currently."
