"The least I liked about working at MTO was the location. I commuted 60 miles round trip which was difficult but did it because I was very happy being part of their family."

"What I didn't like about working for Equity was that for the final year before lay offs, they didn't hire a manager so our department was handled by the CFO. He wasn't able to attend to all of our problems causing his resignation."

"My suggestion to management would be a little more attentive to your employee's needs."

"The owners of Insight Investment are the best that I have ever worked for. They genuinely care about their employees. They only hire the best and require the best from their employees. The work is interesting and very challenging."

"The interview process can be grueling. Stay positive and show that you believe in your abilities. Show a little personal side of you, humor for example."

"Advancement opportunities are few and far between. The management staff have worked there for many years and there is very little movement."
