"Be ready to answer questions in a concise way. If you need to explain something, explain it clearly, but try not to ramble."

"the departments are too separated, it makes it harder to get get in touch with the correct person"

"They need to be more aware of what their people need and give more support to their people"

"It's routine and I have my own office. I sometimes have a flexible schedule"

"I wouldn't give any advice. You never know who will be a backstabber."
What don't you like about working at ENTACT?
"The CFO doesn't like me for whatever reason I'm not sure. I've always been very nice to him, but he still doesn't like me. The Controller will always make rude jokes to me. Neither of them truly understands how much work I actually do."

"I would give raises annually and keep the communication open between associates. I also wouldn't show favoritism."

What do you like about working at Speedee Mart?
"I liked that it was close to home. I also liked that we would get a lot of samples to try that would be sold in the stores."

"No tips at this time. If this is a career for you, make sure there is room for advancement."

"There was no lunch area provided for the employees so they could get away from their desk."

"Try to make an area for the employees to get away from their desk for lunch and breaks."

"Working with little supervision. People work well together. Atmosphere is laid back"

"No. Plant manager is great, HR manager is great. Controller is great."

"Just not enough growth opportunity. Company was purchased and role I was in was insecure."
