"Responsible for the day to day and month end close operations of the Accounting Department. Reported directly to the CEO."
What do you like about working at National Credit Center?
"The CEO trusted me to make all decisions in the Accounting Department. I work very independently and worked diligently to immediately make system improvements as well as document all policies and procedures."
What don't you like about working at National Credit Center?
"Nothing. Unfortunately, considering the market, executive decisions had to be made to eliminate positions."

"I believed in the medical device we developed. We saved lives. My Controller was very intelligent and an excellent mentor. Strong leadership is of the utmost importance to me."
What don't you like about working at Inovio Pharmaceuticals?
"Change in Executive Management was not the best decision in my opinion. The original owner had an excellent vision and was bought out. The new team wanted to dissolve the company."

"It is not always about the money. Saving individuals lives with the excellent technology Inovio had to offer was priceless in itself."

"I did not like the lack of communication from my supervisor. I am usually quite good at understanding and accomplishing what is expected of me. But there was virtiually no communcation along these lines."
