"Senior management played politics, not paying attention to employees' expectations and professional ethics. Accounting/Finance boss had no related experience for professional ethics."

"As suggested by KPMG and the Board of Trustees, senior management of the finance/accounting functions must have related experience and professional ethical knowledge."

"GALGON INDUSTRIES IS A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK FOR., HOWEVER, THE COMPANY HAS TO CUT DOWN BECAUSE OF THE WAY THE ECONYMY WAS GOING IN THE ELECTRONICS INDUSTRY. I CALLED THERE RECENTLY, UNFORTUNATELY, THEY ARE NOT ADDING TO THE CURRENT STAFF RIGHT NOW IN THE ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT."

"THE ORGANIZATION IS SIMPLE, THE COMPANY BOOKS ARE COMPLICATED AND IS GROWING EVEN THOUGH THE ECONOMY IS NOT THAT GREAT."

"IT IS A GOOD COMPANY AND DO YOUR BEST TO STAY THERE. THE BENEFITS ARE GOOD."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"AT THIS POINT, SINCE I WAS THERE FOR ONLY A SHORT TIME, I WAS NOT ABLE TO COME UP WITH ANY SUGGESTIONS REGARDING THEIR SYSTEM. IT WAS ALSO A TIME THAT A CONVERSION OF THE COMPUTER PROGRAM WAS JUST STARTING."

"There was a lot of discrepancy between what was explained to me to do and what was eventually wanted as an outcome."

"Working with the staff that worked in the Health field. They are different from staff in other areas I have worked."

"The job was challenging and rewarding. The people were great to work with and for."

"At first it was the long hours (10 - 14 hrs per day), but once the office was straightened out and the routine was established, it wasn't so bad."

"I worked there until it went out of business. The main reason it failed was that the controller alienated all the other managers, and once all the managers quit, the owner had no one to count on but the controller, and she became very unstable."
What do you like about working at Apollo Industries?
"I enjoyed the government contract billing experience I received, and the MASS90 experience I earned. I also enjoyed the manufacturing exposure."

"This company is no longer in business, so I cannot offer suggestions."
What don't you like about working at Apollo Industries?
"Once the Controller became unstable, the office atmosphere became toxic. I was cursed at, and could no longer work with the woman."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Just because a woman is beautiful and competent, does not mean that she is the right person for your office. Sometimes you need a team player, not a leader."
