"Management/worker relationship - horrible. Biases are constantly displayed between the people of Spanish background..."

"The need to take an introspective look and re-evaluate their double standards in decision making and inhumane treatment of staff."
What do you like about working at Foley Equipment?
"The job is good it is the whole atmasphere of the place. Not allowed to talk or laugh. You know nothing about your coworkers it is all work related. No break room or even a place to sit outside on nice days for lunch. If you want to get away from your desk at lunch you go to sit in your car or stay in your cubbie hole. It is a very depressing place to work."

"Run. If you choose to except a position at Foley be prepared to leave you soul at the door!"
What don't you like about working at Foley Equipment?
"The whole way we are being treated by the controller and the VP. I feel that prisoners have more freedom than we do at work. Owner is not in touch with her employees at all. Owner has no respect for her accounting staff. We are always baby sitting everyone and no one is accountable for there performance and accounting is always blamed for things that is not our falt and no one stands up for us. Raises are never on time and owner says that management team stands up in meetings to share that information and it is suspose to embarese them but it doesn't work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would allow people to be themselves and not treat them like school children. I would want them to enjoy being at work and enjoy there coworkers."

"Liked Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation while it still was Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation."

"No more Smurfit-Stone, sorry guys. Look for the better company...."

"Went bankruptcy then was acquired by RockTenn Company. Nice experience."

"To do their jobs so they would not lead company to banruptcy and acquisition."

"Because of my work schedule and most of the people I have worked with for a long time."

"Have lots of patients! just do the work and dont play around. If you do not know the answer ask lots of questions."

"there is no growth, no incentives, no bonus rewards, no modivation, no good mangement"

"Need to take a course first on people skills. how to better mange your staff with duties and task."

"They check credit reports so make sure that your credit is up to par with their standards"

"They were going through a downsize period that affected a lot of people"

"I do not have any suggestions for management at this time. They are going a great job in the way they are conducting business"

"Most of the employees make working here a little bit better"

"If you are looking to be utilized to your fullest potential then this is not the place for you! There is no growth, you will not be rewarded and be prepared to try to suqeeze in your work without being able to work any overtime."
What don't you like about working at The Horsley Co.?
"The work load! When someone quits upper management refuses to hire anyone so the workload gets put off onto other employees who are already stressed and working overtime. I am currently doing the job of 4 other employees, not including my own job duties."

"I would try to focus on giving more respect to the employees and see what I could do to return company moral"

"You should probably be prepared for being talked down to."

"Lack or respect from upper management. Upeer management walks all over their employees that is why most job positions here have such a high turn over rate."

"Treat your employees fairly. Don't constatnly make them take the fall for you and reward them when they go out of their way to help you and other employees when it isn't their job."
