"I had to work on a lot of different systems. I did think it was a very efficient way to manage project."

"Have an open door policy and listen to your employees who are in direct communication with the customers."

"I love my clients. I am extremely skilled at building and maintaining client relationships and this is my favorite part of my job. I also am able to use my presentation skills regularly during open enrollment. This was a big plus for me as well."

"I dislike that there is no growth opportunity. I feel stuck in a position I have outgrown, and I am looking for something that will help me learn and grow more in my career."
