What do you like about working at Accolo?

"I like my companies, hiring managers and the platform. I like the writing of job plans and the focus on sourcing."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"You must be a prolific writer. You must be patient and have a nestegg, as the income doesn't come until month 4."

What don't you like about working at Accolo?

"The hours in vs. the money out don't ink out. Crafting a job plan with online questions is a large part of my job and the compensation doesn't meet the time put in."

Account Executive

"Accolo in need of a new CEO to once again be successful."

What do you like about working at Accolo?

"The people. Good group of people (for the most part) to work with. Although, most of them have since been let go as the company continues in a downward spiral."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I would stay clear. All indications are that the company will be out of business in the next 6 months. All of the Senior level people are jumping ship and they will certainly have a hard time staying afloat."

What don't you like about working at Accolo?

"The CEO is not strategic. He's trying to build a solid sales organization and has no sales experience and doesn't understand the complexity of selling a service. If the CEO were to leave this company, I think they would legitimately have a chance at being successful. They have closed 2 offices in the last year and let go more than half of the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get a new CEO"
