Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Yes.....ASK them if they have direct work for you. ask what business they have in place. ASK them if you will be used as a Marketing guinea pig."

What don't you like about working at Access Sciences?

"They railroaded a lot of people. In a year's time they hired nearly 100 people, most of which they did not have direct work for. Then they were all laid off. I received a less than average job performance review from a 'superior' who had less experience than what I did in a particular area. I think because of this, they should be ashamed of themselves and I wish them the worst!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get a better business plan before you start screwing people over!"
