"Know what you're getting into. Ask around and get a feel of what others think about it. It is a small company with poor management."

What don't you like about working at Access Plans?

"Terrible pay, inconsistent responses from management when you can actually get a response, frequently hear about projects a day or two before they need to be done while they've known about it for weeks/months, and a lackadaisical attitude towards employee development"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Figure out what you want sooner. Communicate with employees under you more frequently and more freely. Actually respond when asked questions. Stop taking 2 hour coffee breaks when half a dozen people need to talk to you about a project you assigned them yesterday that needs to be done tomorrow."
