"Terrible pay, inconsistent responses from management when you can actually get a response, frequently hear about projects a day or two before they need to be done while they've known about it for weeks/months, and a lackadaisical attitude towards employee development"

"Figure out what you want sooner. Communicate with employees under you more frequently and more freely. Actually respond when asked questions. Stop taking 2 hour coffee breaks when half a dozen people need to talk to you about a project you assigned them yesterday that needs to be done tomorrow."
