What don't you like about working at Accero?

"Company is owned by a Vista private equity firm. Upper management does not communicate well; there is lack of vision and motivation, as well as lacking career path and growth opportunities!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Upper management needs to communicate well and have a clear vision of the companys future. As well as working on motivating their employees. Company needs to improve on creating a career path and growth opportunities within the company which will decrease the current turnover."
