"Emphasize the following: willingness to learn; problem solving skills; understanding of the importance of methodology in one's work, but also the ability to think outside of the box; ability to work within a team."

What don't you like about working at Accenture?

"The travel can be difficult. I've been fortunate to have had a local role for a few months now, but prior to that, I was on the road almost 100% of the time. My wife and I have a daughter now, and the travel really takes a toll on our family life."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Accenture is an incredibly successful company in its industry so I would probably not be able to offer many suggestions. One observation that I would convey is that our company's goals seem to be reactive/tactical. But as a consultancy, this is probably a necessary characteristic."
