"It was so big as an entity that it failed when it came to spending detailed attention to its workers and its clients."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The company went out of business but if I were to have spoken to those managers today I would say that running a technology arm of a company is more about understanding what is required to get the job done and then getting the proper results the first time rather than appearances and politics."
