"I don't have the resources I need to complete my job to the standards I have set for myself. This causes me to have a great deal of stress and overtime."

"Management at India needs to focus more on building the brand Accenture and quality, rather than working just to make money anyways. They must remember that a strong brand itself can bring in more clients."

"Stay connected with employees and make sure that they know who their directors and other Sr. Exec. people report to so that what happened to me and others like me would not occur."
