"Be prepared for general interview, skill set interview then PFI interview. During the PFI the interviewer will be looking for key words that indicate you will be successful."

What don't you like about working at Accenture?

"HR Services is very chaotic, not like Accenture. The turnover in Senior Management is very frequent."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Need to bring in experienced hires for Operations Management, company keeps bringing in consultants that run the division like a project, not an operation. They come in and are gone in 6 months."
