"As a minority, you are 3x less likely to stay at this company for 2 years. There's no mandatory training for learning to work with folks who are different from you. The performance rating process is evolving but doesn't account your voice, only your managers who may not always like you. Pay could be more competitive. Training is minimal and many have to qualify for it."
