"They like degrees and certifications but don't want to pay for those that have it."

"There was no room for growth unless you were in the technical field. Also, management oftend did not know how to delegate responsibility to those they hired. They would either do it themselves or if they did give you the responsibility they would give you no direction and left you flapping in the wind."

"Learn delegation and hire more competent support personnel rather than their family or favorites."
