"Complinet is a revolving door. Employees last 9 to 18 months. Don't be misled by the English accents and charming exterior. Be prepared to do a stand up presentation if you are invited back for a second interview."

"Make a real commitment to your employees. Stop changing middle management every year. If you are going to sell the company, tell your employees and get the deal done."
