"I worked for Accellent for 4 1/2 years doing everything along the lines of programming, set-ups, machine repair, ordering tooling and anything it took to get the job done to the best of my ability. It also freed up the engineering dept. to focus on the newer products coming in. I loved my job and all the people I worked with. We got new management and everything changed. I was told to train a couple of guys for a couple of weeks and one day they called me in and let me go."
