"I do have a couple of tips for people who are interviewing with this company, which are reserch the company and what they do before interviewing with them. Have an understanding for what they do and the role they want you to play in their organization. It is always best to show them that you care and have a vested interest in where you work."

What don't you like about working at Accelerated Communications?

"The only part that I dont like is the fact that they dont offer any health or retirement benefits."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My suggestion to management would be to find and offer comprehensive health and retirement benefits to their employees since it is one of main factor for retaining good employees who are an asset to their organization."
