"Management was great until the COVID-19 pandemic hit and the lay offs started happening. There was a lot of reassurance that the company was in a good state, and no one had to worry about being laid off, however, ultimately that was the case and several people got blind sided by the announcement."

"Great company with a solid product. The solutions sold by Accela are unmatched in the market. The CEO genuinely cares for employees and it shows. Remote work is not a problem and any resources such as laptop, travel expenses, etc. to do your job is provided. The one thing I would caution is you must be a self-starter, as there is not too much direction, you must be a strong closer, and as this is government sales, extremely patient, as a sales cycle can be upwards of a year."
