"This company doesn't have a work life balance. You can't make plans with your family after work, because you don't know what time you will get off. I clock in at 8 am but may not have a trouble ticket to work on until 2 pm or later and not getting back home until 9 pm or later. The pay is broken down into a way so the company will have to pay the less amount of overtime. I have worked 12 hour days but by the way the pay is setup I will only be paid for work done. Drive time is regular pay, stay at home eats into your work day."
