"Academy Bank pay rate is below average of what other financial institutions pay rates. Branch employees are not treated fairly. For example, one branch allows their employees to sit while processing transactions while another branch’s employees must stand. They say they are a family oriented but when an employee has to leave for a family emergency, they are not allowed to leave."
