"I would tell them to listen and dive in 100%. It really is a good company and if you listen to my boss you will be successful."

"I dont like how there are no benefits or base salary. Also having to start over because of the partnership dispute was a big blow to my years of work."

"To come up with a better incentive program to give to their employees along with a base salary."
