"I worked for Abzena for a short time and there was a tons of turnover. Senior leadership does not care about employee retention or issues that arise with employees. The leadership overworks you and expects you perform daily tasks up to 16 hours a day. Pay is higher than average but not worth the work environment. The culture there is very negative and the systems are from archaic times. No ERP system, no S&OP or production scheduling, no adherence to SOPs."
