"Having worked here for over three years now, I see a negative trend in the culture. People are punished for expressing concerns if those comments are construed as being negative. It has become an environment where only an upbeat, positive outlook is tolerated. There are so many Vice Presidents now in the company that the organizational structure is very top heavy. Too many in management and not enough people to do the work."
