It has become an environment where only an upbeat, positive outlook is tolerated. There are so many Vice Presidents now in the company that the organizational structure is very top heavy. "Rather than speaking or telling what was wrong and need to be improved I hate people who back bite and also informal destructive team building like making some as if he/she is being disbenefitted and others being benefited. For any problem and misunderstanding speaking openly is quite good"

"In management I believe in participatory leadership where every one will have openly participation and also for what the decision being taken by top management their may not be complain and dissatisfaction."
