4.9In management I believe in participatory leadership where every one will have openly participation and also for what the decision being taken by top management their may not be complain and dissatisfaction.
2.6While the company is doing great things to help people around the world, their IT organization is very unstable and very poorly led. Unbelievably short term thinking with no vision or ability to plan beyond the next quarter. The Cloud strategy is to just put everything in the cloud. The Mobile strategy was to make everything work on iPhones - regardless of actual need. Outsource everything, just save money - no thought to making IT a value add to the company.
2.4Having worked here for over three years now, I see a negative trend in the culture. People are punished for expressing concerns if those comments are construed as being negative. It has become an environment where only an upbeat, positive outlook is tolerated. There are so many Vice Presidents now in the company that the organizational structure is very top heavy. Too many in management and not enough people to do the work.
