"Only good thing about the company is that they're forward thinking, always thinking of new technologies and ideas."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Bring your own 401K and Health care because they don't offer these type of benefits. Also be prepared to be spoken to like some 2nd class citizen.Also be prepared for blatant inter-office favoritism."

What don't you like about working at ABS Internet?

"Respect for it's employees; THERE WAS NO RESPECT!!!Treated like a some sort of step child. Management didn't know how to communicate to their employees, talked down to you and not with you.Company expected you to drop your personal life for the company.4 to 5 hour meetings for company that has less than 12 employees, and these company meeting were held once a week after 4pm."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take some management classes on how to treat the people that work for you."
