Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure you interview with your director to ensure that you are clear on what the directors' vision is for you and your role. Also, interview with the PM you will most likely work with. Their views can differ significantly from the HR and PM resources that you get assigned to interview. Do NOT accept a gig when they want you to fly out in just a few days; it means they have not planned and staffed the project well; you can always work with HR to get onto a later project."

What don't you like about working at Abreon Group?

"The Director and PM were on completely different pages than the HR and PM that interviewed with. PM that worked with was an arrogant, cruel (to a coworker) person, and lied to cover up their own errors."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Honor the commitments that were communicated during the interview process. Provide proper training for a new resource to on-board a project. Not ALL other companies do things the way you do. Communicate access to examples at the beginning of a project and make certain that your resources really do receive some training on your way of doing things."
