"Abodewell has been through several rounds of layoffs and is overall a dying company. Amazing colleagues and supervisor that I cannot praise enough. The company has an extremely high turnover rate through both consistent firings and layoffs. Great concept, poor execution on behalf of the CEO. CEO has no experience in this industry and insisted on micromanaging to a point of inefficiency. Would demand consistently demand that employees take certain actions, against their advisement based on their experience. When things did not go right would get upset and demand why specific actions were taken, only to be reminded that they had advised against it to begin with and those actions were taken under his direction. On several occasions has tried to get out of not paying contractors and employees."
