"Fully understand the requirements of working in a start-up environment."
What don't you like about working at Ability Dynamics?
"The only real negative thing I would have to say is more the nature of the environment give that the company was a start-up. I liked everything about the company, but the roller coaster and unpredictable nature of the business environment that was at times out of our control was stressful."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would really not do anything differently. We were a team of five people and all had their own unique talents."
